Description (partial)

Symptom:
 the frame-relay packets at the PE will be dropped on the ingress of 7600
bigger than the frag size
 configured on the CE with below topology with any of the below spas. 
 1. SPA-8xT1/E1
 2. SPA-4x/2x CT3/DS0
 3. SPA-1xCHSTM1/OC3
 
 CE  --- 7600(PE) ---- 7600 (PE) --- CE
 and the frame-relay fragmentation is enabled on the CE egress. In other terms,
the 7600 will not
 function as a plain frame-relay box, and tries to reassemble the fragments
that it receives
 
 Conditions:
 1. plain Frame-relay config on the 7600
 2. no fragmentation configured. and any of the above three spas facing the CE
