Symptom: In the parent/child configuration, the call is counted as abandoned in the parent router when the call is transferred to child CVP. Conditions: UCCE Parent/child environment, CVP is used in the child system. Child routing script: start->RunVRUScript->QToSG. 1. Call comes from parent. Child agent is ready 2. The parent router sent the call to the child system. 3. In the child, the router received the route request and transferred the call to the CVP. 4. Agent in the child answers the call. What happens: When the call is transferred to the CVP, the system PG immediately cuts a ShortCall TCD(CD=7, CDF=3). The parent counts the call as abandoned.
