Symptom:
CIFS preposition root share may get deleted without user intervention.

Conditions:
In rare cases when using CM to configure CIFS and the config is pushed down to the WAE during or immediately after a change is made to system timezone or interface config, the config may fail to apply due to a brief (~20s) connectivity interruption.
