Description (partial)

Symptom:

Profiles created in RTMT dont get migrated after software upgrade. Before upgrade created a profile "SampleProfile" along with the default profile that exists on RTMT. After software upgrade, RTMT is not showing up the user created profile. 

Conditions:

RTMT user created profile migration as part of software upgrades
