Symptom:
1.     MTS leak observed on the output of  show system internal mts buffers outputts.

    This can also be confirmed by show system internal mts buffers details output. 
2. MTS send error messages seen  like the following. 
   mts_do_msg_input() failing since no space available in 91 (src_sap = 91, opc =
1376 PID = 934)
2. Along with the above show proc cpu command  gets stuck . 

Conditions:
   When doing snmpwalk on cpmProcessTable and show proc cpu hang observed.
