Description (partial)

Calendaring: connection should check ESA with access when ES is deleted

Connection 8.0 has ES setup with Exchange 2007 and MP 8.0, subscriber also has ESA setup for both ex2007 and MP 8.0.

steps to reproduce:
1) subA has "access to calendaring" checked for MP 8.0, but not on ex2007 ESA.
2) delete the external service for MP 8.0, all the ESA that is pointing to the MP are also deleted.
3) subA then dialed into connection and press 6 then 1 to listen to the Calendar event for today, Connection returns "failed to get new information". The reason is that ex2007 ESA is not enabled with "access to calendar" and the ESA got access is MP which was deleted. Connection should check if the deleting ESA has "access to Calendaring" enabled before deleting the External Service". It should issue warning to let user enable other ESA before deleting.
