Cisco Bug: CSCte84307 - When ACF bandwidth is for audio only, OLC for video is still sent
Mar 15, 2014
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When interworking between SIP and H.323, if the SIP call leg is negotiated with both audio and video but the ARQ for audio+video bandwidth for the H.323 leg results in an ARJ, a subsequent ARQ is sent for audio only and an ACF is received; however, an OLC for video is still sent. Rather, the both the SIP and the H.323 call legs should be made to be audio only. Conditions: You may experience this issue for H.264 video calls involving SIP/H.323 interworking.
