Description (partial)

Under rare circumstances, ASR9k linecards may reload with the following error:

1001, Fault Reason: NP DOUBLE ECC ERROR, NP=3, memId=16, subMemId=0x1
In particular, the following part of this error indicates the particular issue
described in this bug ID: "NP DOUBLE ECC ERROR, NP=3, memId=16, subMemId=0x1".
The issue is specific to linecard part numbers ending with -B, i.e. A9K-40GE-B,
A9K-4T-B, A9K-2T20GE-B and  A9K-8T/4-B. Extended linecards (part numbers ending
with -E) are not affected.
