Description (partial)

Unplugging System default audio device makes CIPC break a call and exit

1.Connect some USB audio devices to your machine.
2.Set one audio device as system default (e.g. handset device)
3.Launch CIPC
4.Set ATW so that no function is given to System Default Audio device
5.Establish a call between your CIPC and some other device
6.Unplug System Default Audio device

Expected behavior:
1.After step 6, nothing should happen. Call is not established through unplugged device so this should make no effect.

Actual behavior:
After step 6, there is a message:
 "An audio device is unplugged during an active call. This will cause the active call to be disconnected".
After you click OK button, there is another message:
"There is no compatible sound devices installed on this computer.Please click 'OK' to Exit." .
After clicking OK CIPC exits.

Intermittently, when at least one function in ATW is given to  System Default device, after clicking 'OK' for the first time CIPC crashes.
