Known Affected Releases

12.4(24)T2 15.0(1)XA1

Description (partial)

Call scenario:
PSTN -> SIP -> CUBE -> SIP -> CUCM -> IP phone
IP phone transfers call to an IVR system which is registered through CTI route points.
DTMF digits cannot be entered into IVR.

If the PSTN requests a payload type of 100 in the SDP of the INVITE, then the CUBE will initiallly negotiate a nte payload type of 101 with CUCM. However, during the transfer, the CUBE changes the payload type in the SDP of the messages to CUCM to be 100, but is still sending RTP with a payload type of 101. This causes DTMF digits to fail.
