Symptom:
Skill Group and Agent Skill Group AutoOutCallsTalkTimeToHalf > AutoOutCallsTimeToHalf resulting in negative ACW.

Conditions:
Outbound predictive call active while PIM restarts and the call terminates before the PIM re-activates.
