Description (partial)

The error message 'Maximum circuit limit (255) has reached' is shown incorrectly when deconfiguring a ISIS lan p2p sub interface back to a mp. 
The csnp interval command  is also nvgened when doing 'sh running int <lan-subinterface>' after
configuring the lan sub interface as a point-to-point interface. 

The issue is seen when changing a  lan sub interface to a  ISIS  lan p2p.
