Description (partial)

Symptom:
The number of sessions counter under a member in active controller is less than the number of sessions counter in standby controller under a given member. The number of sessions counter under a member in active controller showing large value when the number of sessions reaches a small value.
Conditions:
Both the controller member-periodic in controller and the periodic update in member is configured with the following CLIs:
