Description (partial)

Symptom:

6 switch on stack (5 x WS-C3750G-48PS, 1 x WS-C3750-48P) running 12.2(52)SE crash after changing the configuration on a port. 

Conditions:
Before the crash following messages is seen:

STACKMGR-4-SWITCH_REMOVED: Switch 6 has been REMOVED from the stack (RDGNGNDFS01-3)
%UTIL-3-TREE: Data structure error--attempt to remove an unthreaded node from a tree

%PM-3-INTERNALERROR: Port Manager Internal Software Error (pd != NULL: ../switch/pm/pm_port_sm.c: 1053: pm_get_auth_port_vpd)
