Description (partial)

Symptom:

On a software upgraded box, after Unified CCX Failover [triggered via Engine restart] CAD and CSD goes to PARTIAL SERVICE and Unified CCX recording via CAD [task buttons] and CSD [built in recording buttons] doesnt work.

CAD shows "Call and Agent State Log Viewing", "Agent Statistics Viewing" and "Recording" services are INACTIVE. As a result, agent cannot view the agent state reports and agent recording fails

CSD shows "Skill Reports" in PARTIAL SERVICE. "Agent Call and ACD State Log Reports", "Agent Statistics Viewing" and "Recording" services are INACTIVE. As a result, supervisor cannot view the agent state reports and agent recording fails

Unified CCX 8.0(1) software upgrade
