Description (partial)

In certain conditions with dot1x multi-auth mode, filters defined via the Radius filter attribute will fail to be
correctly applied to the interface, resulting in the user being authenticated, but retaining the ACL
defined on the interface and unable to access network resources.

This is due to ip device tracking being unable to track the ip address and mac address of the user.

Issue observed in 12.2(33)SXI5 code and likely affects others
Dot1x multi-auth mode configured on the port
MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) in use
IP Access list applied to the port
Radius filter ID defined in the user profile and used to overwrite the ACL on authentication
IP device tracking enabled (required for the filter)

With the above combination, we see that ip device tracking fails to find the IP address and mac
address for the user. As a result, the filter isn't applied to the interface after user authentication.

The behavior can be verified via the "show ip interface xxxx" command
