Description (partial)

H.323 side uses h245-signal for DTMF signaling.
SIP side uses NOTIFY method.

When the h245 signal message is received without duration specified, on the SIP side we observe 10 corresponding notifies being sent out (instead of just to for denoting digit-begin and digit-end). These notifies are sent every .4 sec, which results in one digit taking 4 seconds to be fully relayed.

Tested with CUE on the SIP side
