Symptoms:<B/> All the line cards crash because of the Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol Daemon (DHCPD) receive process. The CPUHog messages are also displayed because of the same process.

Conditions:<B/> This issue occurs on a Cisco uBR10012 router with PRE4 processor module.
