Description (partial)

Symptom:
1) RTMT alerts are seen every half hour from EEM Service.
When the fields in Cisco Desktop Administrator -> Agent E-mail Settings -> Global Settings
are blank, an RTMT alert fris emitted every half hour.

2) Unable to blank out the already-populated values in the above settings

Conditions:
When the fields in Cisco Desktop Administrator -> Agent E-mail Settings -> Global Settings
are blank, the EEM Service incorrectly interprets that as wrong values for the settings.
