Description (partial)

Symptom:

%IP-4-CLASS: Bad IP address and mask 0.0.0.0/24 in class_resolve()  messages seen in the logs

and

"Mobile IP tunnels on the HA processor (both active/standby) are showing tunnel endpoints of 0.0.0.0",

Conditions:
While doing a WO adding ip mobile secure foreign-agent x.x.x.x  in the configuration on all HA processors, one HA processor pairs (HA1/HA2) reported the logs for about 10 minutes.
