Symptom: Messages sent from Cisco Unity Connection's ViewMail for Outlook (VMO) on a client computer running Windows 7 cannot be played back. When the recipient opens the message in VMO, the play button is disabled. Windows Media Player cannot play the VoiceMessage.wav attachment. When the recipient attempts to listen to the message via the TUI, they hear "the message is not currently available." Conditions: This has been observed on one test system with VMO 8.0. VMO 8.0 on other Windows 7 clients work fine.
