Description (partial)

The User-Name in Radius Request and Access-Aceept is inconsistent: 
 Access-Request:  AVP: l26, t=User-Name(1): CP-7961G-SEPxxxx
 Access-Accept:  AVP: l26, t=User-Name(1): SEPxxx

The inconsistent is also seen when authentication is success and failed:
SEPxxx is used when authentication is success in "show authentication session" and ACS logs; CP-7961G-SEP9xxxx is used when authentication is failed.
The EAP-TLS IP Phone installed with LSC.
