Symptom:
CTI OS Supervisor desktop sometimes crashes when using T-server's Test tool.

Conditions:
1)	Use T-server's Test tool
2)	Configure agent's workmode as 'After call work'
3)	Agen1 makes a call to agent2 using T-server's Test tool
4)	Agent1 answers the call and hangs up
After step 4, CTI OS Supervisor desktop sometimes crashes
