Description (partial)

In release 9.2, the EFM remote loopback  behaviour is different between soft and hard reset.


1. Enable EFM on trunk ports connected back to back and apply remote loopback. As expected, loopback gets applied properly and the traffic loops back.
2. Soft reset master card. Loopback is released and the traffic resumes as expected.
3. Hard reset master card. After card comes up, the traffic does not resumes as expected.
4. Manually realease loopback for traffic to resume.
