Symptom:
In 100126-1911 code, the default value on IGD.LANDevice.1.LANEthernetInterfaceConfig.{i}.IngressQueuingEnable is true. Without IngressQueue disabled, the throughput is very poor. User have to manually change the values in order to get better performance.
