Description (partial)

Voicemail ports with device mobility enabled try to roam to a different DP from the configured DP. (vm ports roam to different location). This should technically work, but problem in the code causes the vm port to never stay registered to cm. and keeps getting reset via device mobility behavior.

this could cause high cpu on CM.

-look for voicemail ports that are roaming and not being able to stay registered to cm.
voicemail ports configured for mobility and a roaming dp different from configured dp.
