Symptom: 1) Primary and secondary servers on the "Third Party Client LDAP Settings" page show different Server ID's, but actually point to the same host. -OR- 2) An L2 upgrade fails at DB install due to duplicate hostname in jdsldapservers table (error in dbinstall_l2.log.err states "Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column (Unique Index:x_jdsldapservers_hostname)") Conditions: Admin has configured 2 entries on the "Third Party Client LDAP Servers" page that reference the same hostname but have different Server ID's.
