Description (partial)

Symptom:
Call doesn't disappear from 2nd Agent's Desktop after the blind transfer from 1st Agent.

Conditions:
Agent 1answers a customer calls and does a blind transfer to Agent2. The  Blind Transfer is successful but while Agent 2 desktop is still ringing customer hung up.
For this call flow if wrap-up is configured for the Agents then call doesn't disappear from 2nd Agent's Desktop after the customer hangs up.
