Description (partial)

Symptom:

During a an environmental failure condition the 1.05v MINOR log message may begin logging failure
1 mV lower than specified in the environmental tables for this measurement.

1.05v supply(slot 7) voltage has reached MINOR level at 996 mV 

Conditions:

This message will appear during an environmental voltage condition, further investigations should be
pursued to verify if there is an voltage problem on the specified card.
