Description (partial)

Symptom:

After UCS software upgrade:

1) Virtual Center or VI Client may not connect to ESX host running on a UCS blade.
2) ESX running on a UCS blade may not reach datastores connected via NFS or iSCSI.
3) ESX running on a UCS blade may not establish VMotion and/or FaultTolerance connections to other ESX hosts.
4) VMs maybe disconnected from the network even though the guest operating system reports interface link UP.

Conditions:

M81KR adapter.
Cisco Nexus 1000v vDS installed on ESX host (PTS module).
Host added to Cisco vDS.
Service Console interface connected to Cisco vDS.
VMkernel interface connected to Cisco vDS.
