Symptom: CIM 4.2.5 ES5 IPCC 7.2.7, no ES's. Agents creating new outbound emails and they are getting stuck in a busy other state. Can't bring anything online and can't get inbound calls - stuck in busy other. Problem started after installing ES5. Conditions: CIM 4.2.5 ES5 IPCC 7.2.7, no ES's.
