Description (partial)

Symptom:

Visual Voicemail services may fail after the publisher/primary server in a Unity Connection cluster is disconnected or otherwise becomes unavailable.

Conditions:

When the publisher/primary Unity Connection serve in a cluster is disconnected (i.e. network connectivity completely removed), the Visual Voicemail midlet connects to the subscriber but authentication fails. 

In the Tomcat logs, errors such as the following may be seen:
