Description (partial)

Symptom:
Sometimes shortly after an ad-hoc conference is formed, one of the legs will be dropped from the conference call if that leg try to conference in another held conference. 

Conditions:
MP version = 8.0.1
One end point, while on an active conference call, tries to conference in another held conference call to form a grand conference. About 12 seconds later, that end point stay in that  new conference call but it is dropped from previous conference call.
This happens about 50% of the time.
