Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Intermittently inbound emails will not be processed by the UCCX Agent Email Service. Emails will not be pulled from Exchange and will not be routed to agents. Conditions: This occurs due to deadlocks in the code between threads in EEMServer and EEMServerJava.
