Symptom: Webdialer window shows PreDot digits along with Actual DN. Conditions: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Phone A (DN 1000) and Phone B (DN 1006) is registered with CUCM 1. 2. Added one translation pattern 00.XXXX with discard digits under Called Party Transformations as "PreDot". Keeping other settings as default. 3. Added two user's spuser1 (associated with Phone A) and spuser2 (Associated with Phone B). 4. Went to the page https://<CUCM IP>/ccmuser and logged in with the credentials of spuser1. 5. Clicked on Find and List Directory Entries. 6. Clicked on the DN 1006, and entered the phone number to be dialed as 001006 and clicked on Dial. Observed behavior: After Step6, on the Webdialer window it's showing "Calling 001006" (Screenshot_Webdialer_Window.JPG), on Phone A it's showing "To 1006" and on Phone B it's showing "From 1000". Displaying the PreDot digits along with the actual destination is a miscommunication for the end user. Instead it should have been "Calling 1006", which is the actual destination. When we use an IP Phone the PreDot Digits are discarded. Also, the same behavior is seen when we use a route pattern to make a call from Webdialer.
