Description (partial)

Symptom:
File upload hangs when there is not enough disk space in the TFTP server

Conditions:
1. Launch RTMT
2. Go to Analysis Manager -> Upload Files.
3. Upload file to the FTP Server.

If the free space on the FTP server is lesser than the uploaded file size, then the upload process hangs.
