Description (partial)

Reload of the Standby RP occurs when an HSRP command is removed from an interface on the Active RP

The problem occurs after IPv6 is deconfigured on an interface which has existing HSRP IPv6 configuration still in place. Since the HSRP configuration is only normally permitted when IPv6 config is on the interface the Standby RP prevents HSRP configuration on interface during reload. This results in configuration which is different on the Active and Standby RPs. This can later result in a parser return code error that will reload the Standby RP.
