Symptom: Call failed when transferring to CVP after Call Manager RONA Conditions: Call flow: 1. Configured CallManager RONA dialed number in the agent desk setting. Associated the agent desk setting with agents. 2. Sent a call to agent1 from CVP 3. Agent1 did not answer the call and the call is pulled back by Call Manager. 4. Router received a newcall request from CallManager routing client. Based on the script, router sent the call to CVP for queuing. The call timed out after the router sent Transfer Connect to transfer the call to CVP.
