Cisco Bug: CSCte58468 - OSPF conditional default route not advertised after config removed
Jan 28, 2017
- Cisco IOS
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: OSPF process running in global routing table does not declare it self as ASBR router in the router LSA (E-bit is not set) and therefore his external default route is not installed. Conditions: Problem happens during reconfiguration after 'router ospf X' is removed from the configuration and later added back. Problem is seen only if another ospf process which runs in VRF is configured, but not always. Both processes must share internal datastructures. Note: it is not visible using CLI or debugs whether or not processes share datastructures.
