Known Affected Releases
Symptom: A switch with higher priority (less desirable priority) becomes principal switch. Conditions: Core switch has better/lower priority than edge switch. Correct switch becomes principal when connecting ISLs between the core and edge switch. When the ISLs are placed in a portchannel, the edge switch becomes principal.
