Description (partial)

Symptom:
+ CUVA video call crashes occasionally, affecting both voice and video. Most of the time it works fine, until it crashes.
+ PCs are connected to the back of the IP Phone
+ several ip phones model 7945 & 7965 affected
+ OS: Windows XP Professional, Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 or 3 Build 2600
+ CUCM Ver: 7.0.2.10000-18
+ CUVA logs shows a crash that generates a dump:
