Description (partial)

GGSN send out CDR towards charging gateway with invalid header.

When "gprs auto-retrieve" is configured on GGSN, if charging gateway path is flopping and iscsi traffic is slowing down at the same time, there is a chance that the CDR recovered from iscsi may not contain a valid header.
