Description (partial)

802.1x reauthentication fails after manual password change

When the Cisco Secure Services Client is configured for Single Sign On authentication and the user performs a manual password change using the windows <ctrl><alt><del> method the CSSC will fail reauthentication to the network. You will then be prompted for your username and password to access the network. If you enter the new password you will successfully be able to establish a network connection.
