Symptom: First few seconds of Audio is choppy when using CAD silent monitor Conditions: 1. UCCE 7.5(6) and before. 2. Over VPN and pre-recorded greetings were configured. 3. Supervisor tries to silent monitor an agent well before the call reaches him.
