Description (partial)

Symptom:
Nexus 7000 may crash when SNMP polling sends malformed SNMPGet for CeDisplayColor without appropriate table and Index values.

%SYSMGR-2-SERVICE_CRASHED: Service "Platform Manager" will lead to HA failover or complete switch reset.

Conditions:
Nexus 7000 with SNMP enabled. NMS manager polling ciscoEntityDisplayMIB.

Workaround(s):
Disable polling of ciscoEntityDisplayMIB 

Root cause is a malformed SNMPGet from the SNMP Manager.

Further Problem Description:
Fix will be included in NX-OS release 4.2(4)
