Description (partial)

Symptom: NAT DNS ALG TTL not set to 0. Failover from primary ASR to secondary will cause application failure because of invalid dns cache entries from old nat. By setting the TTL to 0 the client will rerequest dns information.

Conditions: DNS response going through ASR1K static NAT router running 12.2(33)XND02 release
