Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cannot launch the CTM client if the installation directory name contains a blank space. 

Conditions:
This problem occurs if the directory where the CTM client is installed has a blank space in the name. For example, if the installation directory is C:\Program Files\CTM (with a space between Program and Files), you cannot launch the CTM client.
