Description (partial)

Symptom:
Repeated transient connections of SIP devices to CUCM leads to high memory usage and eventually memory exhaustion. 

Conditions:
6.1(2) and later releases. This can occur when SIP devices repeatedly attempt to register but are not configured in CUCM.
