Description (partial)

Symptom:
RMCM sybsystem is in initializing state and telephony sybsystem is OUT OF SERVICE on node 2 after L2 upgrade from 8.0.1.10000-11 to 8.0.1.10000-24. Hence, engine remains in partial service too.

All services are up on node 1.

Conditions:
This is an intermittent issue where the connection pool that was closed did not clean up some LDAP entry, the XAResouce name binding in this case, the work around is to restart the engine.
 
This will be resolved once we remove the dependency with JNDI/LDAP by upgrading to latest version of hibernate, we already have a defect for this.
