Description (partial)

Database error while generating Manager / Assistant reports.

1. Create around 2000 users using UDP.
2. Insert Managers/Assistants using BAT (for the above users)
3. Go to BAT Admin -> Managers/Assistants -> Generate Manager Reports OR Generate Assistant Reports
4. Submit the job for generating the report (for the 2000 managers / assistants)

1. After some time, in the Job Scheduler, the transaction shows as "Completed" but the transaction details shows that only a few records are processed.
2. Log File shows that some records were not processed, but there is no error message
3. If after step# 4, while the transaction is still in 'Processing' stage, we try to open the report file generated, the file is blank.
4. If we open the Log File to check the status, we get error as "Unmapped Exception" in the log file
5. After this, if we go to "Find and List Managers (or Assistants) To Delete" page and click the Find button, we get error message as "Error occured during allocation failed during query processing"
6. If we go to the Generate Manager Reports page again and click on Find button, we get error message as "Error occured during Cannot write sorted rows"
7. On Upload/Download, Add FIle page also I get error
8. If i logout of CUCM and try to login again, I get "Database communication error" on the login page

NOTE: Observation# 5, 6, 7, 8 are reproducible intermittently
